These terms apply when you use Swei AI at swei-ai.pages.dev. By using Swei AI, you agree to them. Swei AI is run by Dishant Barot (dishantbarot3007@gmail.com).

The service

Swei AI is a free AI assistant for chat, pictures, video and creative studios. It relies on outside AI services, so features, limits and availability can change, and the service may sometimes be slow or unavailable. Fair-use limits apply so that everyone can use it.

Your account

You can use Swei AI as a guest or with a free account. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Swei AI.

Acceptable use

Do not use Swei AI to:

• break the law, or harm, harass, threaten or deceive other people;
• create sexual content involving minors, or sexual content of real people without their consent;
• impersonate a real person or organization, or create fake documents presented as genuine;
• create malware, or attack or overload Swei AI or other systems;
• get around the human check, fair-use limits or other protections;
• collect other people's personal data without permission.

We may block access when these rules are broken.

AI answers can be wrong

Answers, pictures and videos are created by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check important information yourself. The Health Guide, Mood Studio and Future Lab give general information only; they are not medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 or 108 in India).

Your content

You keep the rights to what you enter, and to what Swei AI creates for you, as far as the law and the AI providers' terms allow. You are responsible for how you use it, including checking that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. When you share a chat, anyone with the link can see it until you delete the link.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data, including which AI services receive what you send.

No warranty

Swei AI is provided free and "as is", without any warranty. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by using Swei AI or relying on its answers.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Swei AI after a change, the new terms apply.
